Singapore!!!!!!

From the airplane, Singapore looks much like any other big city at night. From the ground though, I'd have to say the most striking thing about the little I have seen of it so far is it's trees. Most streets are lined with them and not tiny recently planted trees, but huge old trees that branch off in every direction.

Lesson learned so far: Although you don't have to worry about being ripped off by a taxi driver, do not take a taxi in Singapore after midnight! There is a mandatory 50% surcharge :S
